KiVa is a research-based antibullying programme, developed at the University of Turku. The programme has been shown to reduce both self- and peer-reported bullying and victimization significantly. Its positive results have been demonstrated in numerous large, randomized, and controlled tests.

Currently, a large part of all Finnish comprehensive schools are implementing the KiVa, which has reached more than 90% of Finnish comprehensive schools since the beginning of its implementation. Outside of Finland, the programme is also utilised in 16 other countries, with an increasing number of new KiVa Schools around the world.

Finland University is proud to have the commercial rights to represent the KiVa Antibullying programme internationally.
